Title: Customer Support / Operations (Full-time Internship)

Location: Oranmore, Galway

Salary: Attractive Package

Due to company growth, our Galway client, a leading online Healthcare Provider, is recruiting a Customer Support / Operations Intern to support the growth and development of the business and team members. Working within the Customer Support / Operations team, you will manage all daily operations to perform excellent customer service in the most efficient way possible whilst liaising with the team and other departments, to constantly improve operational performance.

As a Customer Support / Operations Intern your responsibilities will include:

• Work with group dynamics and team to create best results in Customer Support / Operations Function

• Sets the standard by benchmarking performance, and constantly looking at methods to improve customer experience

• Proactively assess possible business risks and acts on them • Communicates in a timely and structured manner • Provides structured and relevant feedback & support to customers

• Manage and ensure excellent and efficient customer service in all channels by following up on operational performance

• Required to travel overseas occasionally

 

To be considered for this fantastic opportunity, our client requires individuals with the following experience and/or background:

• IT / software experience

• Inbound / Outbound calls

• Strong experience working within a customer focused environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to drive performance

• Lead by example by working in accordance with company values

• Strong team player

• Flexible and adapts well to change

• Constantly driving towards individual and business goals

• Always looking to improve personally and professionally

• Proven background of customer support / operations (or similar role)

• Fluent English (Swiss/German an advantage)

• Drivers License (an advantage)

 

Operational Hours: Flexibility will be required, however the department is open for business from Monday to Friday
