Busy manufacturing company is looking a

Part Time Office Assistant to perform the following tasks:


 Preparation of delivery dockets, purchase orders against invoices on suppliers & customers

 General filing, photocopying and shredding of documentation

 Preparation & Assisting in data input on accounts.

 Preparation of paperwork for supplier payments

 Updating Excel spreadsheets such as supplier price lists, etc

 General assistance to accounts department

 Office and Production Cleaning

 

No experience required but must be proficient in using Mircosoft Excel & Word and be an organised individual and willing to learn.
